At Phoenix Federation, we deeply value your trust and commitment to our cause. Please note that donations made to our organization are non-refundable.

 

Donations As a not-for-profit organization, donations are directed towards our programs and initiatives to make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

Exceptions In case of any discrepancy or error in the transaction (e.g., duplicate payments), you may contact us at info@phoenixfederation.org or call +91 9791695315 within 7 days of the donation. After verifying the issue, we will address it on a case-by-case basis.

 

Cancellation If you wish to cancel a recurring donation, please email us at info@phoenixfederation.org. Recurring donations can be stopped for future transactions but cannot be refunded for contributions already made.
